Pre-beginner class

This class is for Kindergarten-aged children.

Priority is given, in this class, to gaining experience in structured oral expression followed by a progressive entry into the written language, as practiced in the French preschool system. It is  necessary first to strengthen the children's verbal ease and enrich their vocabulary while, at the same time, introducing them to French culture.

This work and the practice exercises are based on games and artistic activities, illustrated books, language games, role-playing, songs and short poems.... in a nutshell, any support that involves language, visual recognition and memory.

French As a Foreign Language (FLE/FFL) material will also be used for vocabulary-building, in particular language-based games which employ images.
