A Team Ready to Inspire

EFGB proudly hires and manages fully-certified, highly qualified faculty and staff. Beyond complying with the mission and values of our school, teachers must possess the necessary teaching skills to implement our curriculum and run our classes.

All of our teachers and assistants undergo mandatory training required by the State of Massachusetts. Each class has qualified teachers certified by Early Education and Care (EEC). Strict rules on safety, skill development requirements, and ongoing professional development are required for all staff members throughout the year.

All of our teachers are French native speaker from all over the world, and many are graduates of the French National Education system. Some of our teachers are graduated from American colleges and come with years of experience teaching in local schools. As educators, we are entrusted with the success and the well-being of the students. EFGB hires staff by following a careful recruitment and hiring process.

Each member of our staff has the ability to apply the French National Education standards while meeting the safety standards and requirements of the American educational system.
